Hello,
I am looking for a motion animator/editor to create a 80 - 90 second clip that I can put on my website. I need somebody who can create a 2D cartoon character who interacts with my pre-recorded narration.
I will provide the voice over, and bullet pointed scripts. You will need to use your creativity to produce the clip. In terms of color, the background will be white and the character will be in simple colors.

First of all, I am going with the one who can give me the best quote with examples of previous work. I've attached a Word document that outlines my script. The yellow highlighted portion is an explanation of the scene. The red text is the actual narration that I have pre-recorded.
