Video to be made into Windows Screensaver

Hello...
We have a Aftereffects video we have created for a client and need it to be converted into a screensaver. The client does not have any Quicktime or Flash plugins, so the screensaver would need to use Open GL or have embedded plugins to run the movie.
This screensaver would need to work on Windows XP and above.
Please find the video attached. It is MP4 using [url removed, login to view] Codec. Other Codec's or Aftereffects file available on request.
