Flash based Intro Page w/ Wide "click and pan" area gallery

Here is the example of what i need.

This website above has a nice feature that we need, which is the click then pan to a different area of the page, which is most important. We would like the following features to be implemented in this order: (please see attached file before continuing)

1. Start with an animated loading bar

2. load the attached image. (image is of an open briefcase with items inside of it)

3. Different items in the briefcase will be clickable and highlight on mouseover

4. If click, then pan to a different area of the page with corresponding content (just like the example)

5. must have a "back" home button to go back to the briefcase.

This flash project will be an intro page that will lead to an Ecommerce site (volusion) when they click the pomade in the briefcase. This project is an upgrade for Suavecito Pomade [url removed, login to view] so it can be a barber shop theme or similar. The content you use is not so important because i can and will go in and change the content or add graphics to my liking. I am somewhat experienced with Flash, but not any programming aspects of it. I can, however modify exixting scripts or syntax, but not create them.
