Change target in fla file from _blank to _self

I purchased an flash menu and have it working fine. The only problem is that when the menu is clicked it opens up the target page in a new browser window. I know nothing about flash programming. I'm sure this would be a VERY quick project for someone that knows flash.

Since this is a VERY small project I have no quilt in asking that it be done right away. I'm working on a project and can go no further until my problem is resolved.
