OS Commerce Flash Header Fix

Our client has a OS Commerce / CRE Loaded website with a Flash header. The menu buttons have stopped working and it seems to be a SWFObject issue.

We need a solution to fix the problem!
Max budget $30 or less! This is a simple project and lower bids will be considered first!
It should be noted that when you first arrive at site and the Flash Menu Buttons do not work, however if you click on a side menu item (non-flash) and then return to the index page, the Flash Menu buttons begin to work.
Almost surely a SWFObject issue...
