Flash Animation Work

There are 2 parts to this project....

Part #1

I need to take the "cloud" movement from this fla....

and add it to the back of the attached images. Basically I'm trying to convert my current jpg headers on my website (attached) into animated flash headers with clouds scrolling in the background.

Part #2

I need to make minor edits to the attached swf. Basically, I need to add some background music with an on/off button in the corner, remove some of the scrolling text and remove the last screen button labeled "replay". I have some minor text I need added and ALSO, the cloud animation will need to be added to this swf like we're adding it to the headers above but for this swf, I don't want the cloud animation to begin until AFTER the movie is finished playing (at the very end the clouds should start moving)
