URGENT - light flash animation applied to HTML page

Hello Freelancers!

IMPORTANT - this project must be completed by tomorrow morning [url removed, login to view] @ 6:00am MST (in roughly six and one half hours from the time of this post). If you are not capable of this fast of a turn around time please DO NOT place a bid. The first qualified freelancer with a FAIR bid will be awarded this project.

I need the following -

This is a screenshot of the PSD that we have converted into a HTML page: [url removed, login to view] - This is only a screenshot - the actual HTML file will be provided to you.

The gold box (with the names in the center) needs to light up very bright (light fireworks) and then fade away leaving nothing but a light gold background. (The rest of the page will remain exactly as is).

It is important that the background is very light Gold as we are going to have a transparent video placed over this and do not want it to "fight" with the background.

We need an image (static) added above the Lion's head (I will provide this image) - this isn't flash. Simply an addition to the HTML.

That's it! Very simple and straight forward. If you can deliver earlier than the deadline that would be very much appreciated.
