Business Development Executive required for Recruitment consulting firm(Freelancing)

Job Description:

Freelance Business Development Consultants

- Will be involved in Client Acquisition Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements

- Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about our company

- Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client

- Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations

- Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required

- Should have a computer, Internet connection & phone to get started

- Work from Home Option available

- Can work from any location in India

Please Note Paymentsfor above positions will be Only Incentives or Comissions

- Payments will be only in the form of Incentives or Commissions per closure
