Mystery Shopping

This job profile is in reference to a Key Mystery shopping project we will be beginning in the month of July 2018, for one of the Largest online travel booking provider globally. Project objectives include gathering customer experience during each stage of customer journey with the client’s services, fill up a Customer survey questionnaire including detailed insights from your journey and share results with MattsenKumar LLC. This project will be undertaken in Amsterdam. MattsenKumar would require part time consultants to be locals at these specific sites, in order to undertake the assignment.

• Track their experience of the journey – Start to end using an online App, provided by MattsenKumar

• Book different taxi types for local travel (Standard, Executive, Luxury, etc.)

• Detailed objectives will be explained upon candidates selection for the project

• Project will be for 4 weeks duration (Expected work hours ~5 hours per day)

Apart from the per hour salary, there will be separate amount given for the taxi travels as well.
