C++ 3D game targeting program

My company needs a program made for a certain 3D game. The game will be provided for the coder to work on. Full details about the game will be provided upon bid acceptance. The program has to be able to target players on the screen, both offline and online (multiplayer). The program must be external (may use .dll injection to hook ingame targetting systems), and must work fully upon completion.

The coder can use any means neccesary to complete the task. If the coder has a previous version for another game, then they can choose to convert it.
