I am proficient in typing. Relevant Skills and Experience I have been doing data entry for at least 15 years. I started out in High School.

I am able to transcribe large amounts of information accurately and quickly. I highly value my good time-management and interpersonal skills. Although, data is only useful if it’s accurate. I ensure that I read the data multiple times before entering, or manually comparing the entries against the originals before submitting. Some database management systems, including Excel and SQL, also have tools for data validation that I have experience in using. After accuracy, speed is the most important quality of a good data entry specialist. My touch typing typing speed is 80 words per minute. This allows me to work more quickly, it also allows me to catch (and fix) errors much more reliably.

I'm very detail oriented and I can provide you with accurate entries into QuickBooks. I spent several years managing and creating online customer databases for aerospace tooling. The databases consisted of several hundred to a thousand line items. Most of the line items were critical tooling measurements that had to be entered correctly to ensure a smooth sell-off.
