I am looking to hire 4 regular ghostwriters on a work for hire basis.
I‘ll pay $50-60 for each 12,000 - 20,000 word book assignment you complete.
Reliable, quality writers that can achieve this in 1-2 weeks can expect ongoing jobs.
Potentially as many as you can handle.
I’m looking to cover all kinds of topics. Fiction (including erotica) as well as non-fiction (likely non-technical), so writers of all preferred writing categories are welcome to apply.
I’ll be sending book assignments and providing outlines (including ideas and concepts to cover per chapter, plot-points, character interactions, etc), and then it’s up to you to write engaging, entertaining, loveable and accurate books out of these frameworks.
Input, imagination, content and a style of your own is 100% welcome.
I’m happy to proof and make edits, but poor English requiring complete overhauls will be no good.

My hiring decisions will be judged on the following priorities (though all are required to be of a good standard):

(Requires good communication of character depth, scene-setting, action, theming, with a good writing style)
4B - NON-FICTION WRITING ABILITY
(Engaging, thoughtful, clear, accurate delivery of well-researched methods, concepts, ideas and stories)

A - Your writing experience (n° of books/stories written, the number of years you’ve been writing).
B - Your top specialty writing niches (dating, personal finance, women’s fiction, golf, gardening, etc).
C - Your speed of turning around a 12,000-20,000 word book.
D - The words ‘blue amber’, as proof that you’ve read this far.
E - A 400+ word sample of your work in your favourite niche (it’s important that this is EXCELLENT QUALITY).

TERMS OF HIRE

PLEASE NOTE, BY APPLYING/ACCEPTING YOU AGREE THAT:
- This is a ghostwriting hire. All rights to work created, in part and in full, in all countries, formats and languages, stay with me.
- Your name will not be attached to the work, nor can you distribute any part of the work in any way unless given my written permission.
- All submitted writing will be tested and checked for plagiarism. All content must be 100% original. Breaches will ABSOLUTELY not be tolerated.
- During the first assignment, you will receive half the payment when you send me a halfway point update (7000+ words) and I’ll send the other half once the book is accepted by Amazon. I want us to have a long working relationship, and this means trusting each other. Following this, payments will be made once I’ve received the completed assignments, having decided the content is ready for publishing. Revisions and corrections may be requested if more issues arise than I can fix quickly.
- If quality of applicants is high, anyone not accepted at this time may be offered work later.
