Google Banner Ads Setup

We require to setup a Google campaign on our AdWords account for Google banner ads (the banners will be designed and provided).

The idea is when someone lands on our website, (they get a cookie) and the ads will follow them so they continuously see our ads. The campaign should targeted region of Ontario (Canada)

The campaign was setup by other “specialists” and was key word oriented, the consequence was that it wasn’t doing what we needed.
