Develop a Chrome extension for a news portal

Hello, I need a Google Chrome extension that displays latest articles from a news website. The extension should be similar to this one [login to view URL] Features : - 3 tabs (News, Bookmarks, Options) - News tab : display the latest articles from selected feeds by block of 5 with pagination - Bookmarks : allow users to save articles in order to read them later - Options : to choose which categories feeds should be displayed - On the extension icon, we should see the number of new articles in red I'm open to any other suggestion or modification.
