Google Places Automater

I want to tie 2 APIs together so that when somebody fills out my Jotform application, it takes specific information and sends it to my Google Places account and submits a NEW LOCATION and mails postcard to them. The other text should be defaulted: a) Business Name: Squeaky Clean House - [City, State pulled form jotform submissions] b) Address: [pulled from jotform submissions] c) Main Business Phone: 855-550-4045 d) Category: House Cleaning e) URL: [login to view URL] f) Do we service customers at their location: Yes, 30 mile radius g) Store Code: "applicants name" SUBMIT h) Send Postcard to verify address?
