Digital Signage/Advert/Poster Designer.

Hello, I have just started an advertising company and, need someone who is competent and confident with Advertisement/Poster design.
The finished works will not be used for print but instead displayed on Digital Signage boards, The finished products will not be dissimilar from advertisement's that are seen in Newspapers/Magazines/Billboards etc. The ideal candidate should be well versed in the creation of posters that are vibrant, eye catching and aesthetically pleasing whilst at the same time conveying the advertisers core message without distraction, i,e familiar with advertising principles such as the Ogilvy Method, etc.
Someone who can create a poster/advert from existing graphics on a clients website is ideal.
A combination of static image and digital video may be required at times and thus a good knowledge of relevant software is crucial. Someone who is able to adhere to quick turnaround times is also desirable.
This is a new venture so i am looking for the right person for the job so as to form an ongoing working relationship perhaps turning into a permanent role in the future. As well as the usual range of software experience e.g Photoshop, Indesign, CorelDraw, Illustrator etc, a knowledge of Flash and PowerPoint would be good.
