14888 LOGO Needed

I need a logo created based on an established theme. We have put together a basic concept that is attached. The Ramey's AC Parts logo is what we are using as the basis for our logo for our new business called "Grocery-O" which is a grocery delivery service. You will see that we want a "delivery" truck with the name "Grocery-O" underneath making the "O" in the form of a tire. We would like the older type of trucks that were used back in the 40's 50's. The attached paint file has an idea of what we are looking for. The Grocery-O will need to have an embossed look to it like our Ramey's Logo provided. All bidders, please provde a logo based on our description with a watermark, so that we can see which product best meets our needs. The final logo will need to be supplied to us in jpeg and EPS format for use with our sign company and for use in printed marketing materials. Thank you.
