Hi. I have worked under ICTO-DOST in the past, as a research assistant to the Director of the NCC. Part of my job description was to write speeches for the director's speaking engagements, correspond with other government and non-government offices, formulate and deliver presentations, and liaise with participants and stakeholders in one of our major projects, the PhilCeC Program. I have, with the help of the director, developed the Accreditation and Certification Standards for Philippine Community eCenters.
