Graphic Designer to create Logo//Headers needed

Looking for a professional and experienced graphic designer who can create logos/headers for us and have a long term business relationship as I'm always in need of logo/header design. I'm paying $30 per logo/header combined, but sometimes I just need a logo, so please don't bid no more as you'll be wasting your and my time. STOP -- before bidding - You must provide sample work of our own --- There is alot of great logo/header designers out theres but some of you are not so good, so in order for us to hire you for a long term business we will need you to edit and do a little mock up of our current logo/header work, everything has been explained and pointed out there. Why are we doing this? We need a proof that your capable to provide what we need and we need to be reasured of that as there is no time for hiring someone not knowing weather he/she'll be able to provide the top quality professional work. You can place "samples" all over it, we don't care, we just need to see that you know what your doing. PLEASE DO NOT BID WITHOUT THE WORK REQUIRED AND IT STATES ABOVE. See the image attached.
