Graphic Designer for Long Term Part-Time Work

We are looking for a Graphic Designer that is looking for long term work on a Part-Time basis (average of 10 hours per week). Please do not bid if you are not interesting in a long term working relationship with us (BTW - We produce an online TV series for hairstylists). If you just want a one off project this is not it.
We would like to do a test design to see what you can do before hiring. You do not have to submit a completed design. We will award the best design with payment to complete the design + continuing weekly work (we have a lot saved up).
