Need some help with a Framemaker file

I have several Framemaker files, I need someone to help me create translated version by extracting the translatable content from these rich content files. (tables, images). Total almost 400 pages. Second phase will be importing the translation and creating final PDF file. Preferably users of Trados Studio and Romanian freelancers (as the translations will be to Romanian language) Expected price is around 100 USD Only a sample is attached.
