Achievement icon/badge design

We need some Achievement Badges/Icons creating for players of our games gaining different achievements/events in the game. Eg, someone could get an achievement of "play 100 games", "destroy a base", and some game-specific achievements.
There are 175 achievements we need badges creating for, most of which are in groups and so the badges can be similar across the same groups. We will supply the list of achievement titles and descriptions on how they are obtained, and we will explain more in depth for any achievements if needed. You will need to come up with the design and create the badges.
We will pay USD $5 per badge, and each badge will need to be approved by us. The badges will need to be supplied as PNGs,128x128 pixels in size, with alpha transparency background where appropriate. We will also need the source files of whatever you make them in (AI, PSD, etc).
