I need a very easy to do illustration designed, in a certain way, see attached picture and and links below to understand better.

More jobs in the same manner may come, so if you got the right price and the right quality I may use your services again. The illustration should have at least enough quality for printing in 15x15 cm.
Don't bid if you cant do it in the same style as I want. (see link above) I want to look at the illustration before paying, you may put a watermark or something on it if you are afraid of beeing scammed.
I would like the illustration to be delivered in 3-4 days.
