Single page print profile/flyer for musician

I'm looking to hire someone to make a single page profile/resume for an aspiring singer. I'll give an example and more info (pictures to be included and text) to the chosen designer. Japanese/English text to be provided. From the examples I've seen, it looks like a flyer that would be handed out. Basically, a resume for a musician that includes a picture but, hopefully, something more creative than if it were done in Microsoft Word.
