Build a map for wordpress

hi , my site is [login to view URL] I need to make a map similar to the current one we have for new but for travel alerts . source is from here [login to view URL] so I want to put on the corresponding country the alert and link to the page of the alert on the gov site . not sure it it can be done so it will automatically update or we can update manually in the future . let me know if you can do also along the same idea I want to make a disease travel alert [login to view URL] I do not have any API for any so let m eknow if you have to do it manually or add auto update . the countries should follow the alert colors and when clicked will take to detailed page .
