Strong UI / UX skill and understanding of Usability 4. Strong experience with front-end frameworks: Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation, etc 5. Strong experience with PHP 6. Familiar and experience with latest web design trends: responsive, parallax, jQuery / CSS animation, etc. 7. Some experience with Adobe Suite skills: Photoshop and Illustrator 8. Some experience with cross-browser, platform, and device manual/automation testing 9. Basic knowledge of SEO, hNews, Microformats 10. Experience with optimizing website performance 11. Additional CMS experience: Magento, Drupal, Joomla 12. Additional back-end programming languages: .NET, Ruby on Rails, Python, etc. 13. Experience with Database: MySQL, MS SQL, etc. 14. Experience with Javascript MV* frameworks: AngularJS, Backbone.js,Ember.js, etc. Job Description: 1. Design and develop websites for client and internal projects (web apps, e-commerce, marketing / campaign websites, etc) 2. Produce WordPress-based websites (e.g. create themes, custom functionality) 3. Consult on client project goals (best practices, conversion, Usability, UI / UX) 4. Handle multiple client and internal projects simultaneously Due to the interactive nature of our work, we will only accept candidates willing to work with your screen shared (no web cam needed, but WORKING microphone is definitely an essential) at all time (so we can monitor and adjust the work), hence the need for a fast, reliable Internet.
