WordPress Website - Easy for an Experienced Coder

We need a WordPress expert to design a very good looking website. This is for a trading room on the net, the website is to be designed with word press.

We need the folowwing developments:

- A fantastic looking website

- Signup feature (the clients will signup for free initially but we need the option to charge them monthly after launch - So when they arrive to website they click on signup button and answer number of questions and in the admin section we agree to accept the member or not!)

- Chat room. A fully functional chat room needs to be implemented in wordpress. Feel free to use existing chat room plugins. One things needs to be done is members can click on a button to publish their chat sentence to publish their own twitter accounts directly. Also when people use twitter stock alerts such as $APPL it should take them to an approperiate website where stock information will be displayed...so it will link to this website. As administrators, we can change this website from the admin panel).
