Add Carousel to Website Template

First, I purchased the "Stark - Animated HTML App Landing Page" template from ThemeForest (Demo: [url removed, login to view]) and would like to convert the first section to a carousel similar to the "PixelPerfect - Responsive Landing Page" template (Demo: [url removed, login to view]).
Second, I want to add a "Team" section similar to the "AppStar - One Page Portfolio & App Landing" template (Demo: [url removed, login to view]).
Third, I want to integrate the "Newsletter" sign-up field with either MailChimp or ConstantContact. I have not decided yet, but it will most likely be MailChimp.
*** Keep in mind that I only have the files to the Stark template, which I will share with the winning Freelancer. I also want to ensure that after making the requested changes, the rest of the website continues to operate as effectively. The expected turn around is 2-3 days maximum.
