Prestashop merchant hosted payment module + prestashop upgrade + modify 1.5.6.2 theme

We have 2 website that take credit card payments from an Australian bank. The gateway is bank hosted - when customer want to pay with credit card they are transferred to our banks site, and then bank to our website after making payment. We want this to be hosted on our website - most of the banks customers host it on their own website. It needs to be very neat and simple to use

We have upgrade prestashop to the latest version and installed a theme from Template Monster. This is running fine but just need s few minor changes like the invoice layout and some payment logos added to the footer. This website is our minor website and is currently offline for these changes
Our main website also needs to be updates to latest Prestashop and have the same theme installed. This one needs to stay online while we work on some changes. We need to make sure everything looks good and works before changing over. We might also need to upgrade our hosting package. Currently we are on a cheap Host Gator package. It has been very fast and reliable for us and would like to stay with them
Changes to this websites template include colour change, changes to header and footer, and the PDF invoice (maybe the current design can be kept). No major changes. Template should be changed to colours and look of the current website [url removed, login to view]
