Redesign a small part of an existing page and provide a mock up

I have an existing website and I have added statistics and testimonies to the site. I feel that the information I have added doesn't flow with the existing design of the website. I would like to hire someone to help me to re-design this part and provide a mock-up. I am only interested in hiring creative individuals who are talented in web design. I don't need you to write any code, a mock is sufficient. My budget is a bit short, however if you can provide a good design I will certainly get you to help me with other projects which doesn't have the same budget constraint.
