I need an app to have a database of my patients with my partners. I need two simple and intuitive interfaces. one to add new patient data (Nom, Adresse, telephone, Entourage/medecin) and an other interface to search a patient by name or a part of it. With multiple matches if necessary. In this interface it must be possible to modify or add data to this patient. If we add a patient data that already exist it must be possible to combine the data. The app must work simultaneously in several phones with a shared database. The app must be in french. I send you our logo Thx
