Build me a basic blog using a free Wordpress template

Hello, I would like your help in setting up a WP blog for the domain sunchairo.com. The domain name has already been purchased and is currently being hosted by bluehost.com. I don't have time to learn how to customize the templates on my own and would like a team (or a person) to help me with the development. I would like your help with the following 1) Design home page 2) Design section pages (e.g., mind, body, travel, etc.) -- the design for each section page should use a template, but we will customize images and text 3) Design about us page 4) Design basic contact us page 5) Design a basic "writer profile" template that can be used for writers 6) Design blog page template 7) Design website footer (e.g., about us, contact us, links to Instagram and Facebook, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Newsletter Sign-Up) 8) Set-up 'beginner blog plug-ins' (e.g., Google Analytics, Monster Insights (Free), WP Forms Lite, Envira Gallery Lite, Yoast SEO, WP Super Cache, UpdraftPlus, Sucuri) 9) Training: provide ~3 hours of training / Q&A time to ensure I am fully up-to-date with how to post content (e.g., articles, images, videos) on the new website 10) Help with setting up local email address (e.g., bryan@[login to view URL]) In addition to this first project, I hope to establish a relationship with a company or person who can provide ongoing work for my website. My hope is that this website will scale significantly over time, so this could be a lucrative partnership for the right company.
