I'm looking for WordPress web developer to build a SEO responsive website for rental properties - fully furnished accommodation with flexible term : 3 hours up to 16 months stay. 1. Domain has been purchased. [login to view URL] property listings: 3 properties -2x 2 Bedroom Apartment -1 x 5 Bedroom House(homestay) - 3 bedrooms for rent [login to view URL] Guests are: 1. Contractors(Fly-in /fly-out workers)/ doctors (move to Sydney for work)/training (stay from 2 weeks to 9 months) 2. Travelers visiting local families 3. Locals are between homes # Website Must-Haves ( but not limited to): 1. Smart phone friendly / SEO Responsive 2. Search by dates /location/ Google map+ enable to upload 50 photos & 1 video 3. Enable Online booking 4. Enable Online payment: online transfer, credit cards (with surcharge /gateway: Stripe)+ Ali Pay 5. Online enquiries/feedback 6. Auto 'Thank You/Welcome'/Check-in Instructions/Check-out messages 7. Connect to Accounting/Invoice system- Wave & Customer Relation Management System 8. Enable sync calenders to other rental platforms- airbnb , [login to view URL] etc 9. Enable property owners/ managers list properties on my website for rent, enable we take payments for their bookings & transfer payment to them. We charge service fees based their booking income 10.
