Build a Website

We have a joomla based website. It is very poorly set up.
So we need someone who has great design skills, great understanding of tasks in English and ability to adapt shopping carts.
The website is based on us selling 3 main products. So it has only 8 or so pages. It has a shopping cart already. It needs a staff profile and log in page and integrations with the shopping cart to track each staff persons sales – off a code in the shopping cart.
The most important thing is to bring great professionalism, colour and attractiveness to the website.
We have the product sales material to be able to based the different website design and look on. So it also helps give you the platform to use.
So if this all means recreating the website instead of simply editing it, that is fine.

We will also offer a bonus if this can be done within 1 week.
