Build a Website - Database Management - Simple Project

What I need is simple, the design part of it isn't as important.
ENSURE YOU READ:
I need a page/website where I can add addresses into a database.
The data fields are:
1. Unit/Office No.
2. Street No.
3. Street Name
4. Suburb
5. State (This can be selected via drop menu with 7 options)
6. Postcode
7. Date Listed (this is hidden and automatically input)
I want to be able to search for addresses via any of the data fields but most common search will be via Suburb. However there is option naturally to show ALL results.
The result will first give me results by Date Listed. I can then rearrange the list via Suburb or any other Field.
In each result, the address has a status I can update via drop down menu which is either UNVISITED, VISITED VACANT, VISITED CALL BACK, VISITED NOT INTERESTED.
At any time I should be able to print the results listed neatly on an A4 page.
I may alter the requirements, but this is the current gist of it.
