BUILD A WEBSITE - [login to view URL]

Hello,

I am interested in creating a website in HTML, CSS and PHP (No .NET or anything else)

I am going to be creating the website but I need 2 things from a PHP programmer.

#1. Create a form with a Hidden Field to be filled in using the URL

The website will have a FORM that will request basic information, and it will go to a MySQL database that ONLY an administrator would have access to. Now there is a FIELD in the form that would be DEPENDENT on the URL

For example if I type

[login to view URL]

This special Hidden field would reveal "0123" in the database.

#2. I need to be able to accesss the database using and Administrator Login on the website to show me the whole LIST of inputs from one specified Date to another Specified Date

For example: Render all inputs from 07-21-2017 to 07-23-2017 and Sort them however i want by columns. Also to be able to add a Checkbox next to the name

the idea is that there will be different promoters talking to people promoting our events. Each promoter can chose their URL name which will identify which promoter is sending which person. Once the person comes to the event we need to check the checkbox on the list to mark that he made it to the event.

What i need is an administrator side to the website. Login and password protected where I can login and pull the contents from the MySQL Database and sort it as I wish. Most importantly, see only records from specified Date range. Then to be able to check, using a checkbox and mark as if the name was already CHECKED.
