Rental cars web portal that allows users (Rental Cars Companies) to post their vehicles for rent. The portal needs to allow users (customers) to register before booking any available car. Brief description of the functions of each users type: 1. Companies: > Functions to manage fleet of vehicles > Calendar to manage vehicles' availability > Standard features to post details of vehicle e.g. Pictures, vehicles details, accessories available, rates, pick up location etc > See summary of order by vehicle, month, year > Account to be created by Administrator only 2. Customers: > Customer sign up > Booking history > Booking functions 3. Administrators: > Collect deposit for bookings (paypal gateway) > Send orders detail to companies > Vehicle listing management > Account management > Option to charge for listing of vehicles - option to set rates > Summary of orders by month, year & company > Summary of listings per company > Send invoices (deposit) & order confirmation to hirer General Functions: > Users can do a search by dates available, type of cars, price range, long term or short term > Proposed method to display product pages e.g. shortcode Basic eCommerce Features Must be available on Skype to discuss and watsapp Have a strict timeline and budget, only serious enquiries.
