Copy look and feel of existing website to Opencart. Configure and import product data. etc.

We are authorised to copy the design of the website [login to view URL] and want an Opencart shop designed around this. The look and feel should be replicated and developer should choose best template option. The website template must be minimum in English and German. A google translate option from the home page is also required for Italian and French.
Very important are the 6 category boxes on the home page.
Due to limited templates available for Opencart 3.0, version 2.3 can be used.
The job is in 3 stages (will also be used for milestones):
1) to replicate the site (artwork graphics etc, I have FTP access to all images) using opencart. All server configuration, SSL, SEU Urls etc.
2) to carry out product import when we have finished with translations and building up product data files. The product import will be quite complex and will needs to be done in different stages. It will also be the slowest part, as we need quite a lot of time to convert data to usable files. We will create first items manually and then can download csv file for mapping new data ready for import.
3) final adjustments and customisation. We need website template in German and English with also google translate box.
Please only bid if you have the expertise to customise a template optically to the original and are fully literate with multi stage data imports and adjustments.
