Create images that visualize the size of a painting relative to objects in a house

Background: For an e-commerce platform in development where people can turn their favorite photo into a handmade painting, I am looking for a designer for a small graphic design/ photography project. We would like to show our customers the sizes of our painting on a wall relative to some logical object, for them to get an indication of how large a painting would be. Many customers cannot visualize how big a painting is, so visualizing this for them would help in explaining that.

Instructions:
• for each of our painting sizes available (8) create an image showing the size a painting relative to something like a couch for them to get an indication of the size
• Show the size in inch and cm next to the painting similar to example 1 below. Use an object such as couch with measurements, preferably also one or more other objects. Potentially use another situation for the smaller paintings.
• Check two below examples for ideas, example 1 is better than example 2.
• You can use our paintings in our gallery as the paintings on the wall. Please adjust size to match the right painting dimensions (e.g. 8*10, 48x72 etc)
Delivery requirements:
• Create the 8 images, max width. 600px, no height restriction
• Please provide PSD and a final web version of image (optimized for web)
• Use font Bellefair Regular
• Place our logo in the top left as a watermark
Timelines:
• Delivery of the first draft in 5 days
• Delivery of final version in 7 days
