Create a 20-60 second animated cartoon of a character running

Hi,
I am looking for a very simple 20-60 second clip of a cartoon character running.
I do not need any background music or background.
The cartoon character
- shirtless, with black band around chest
- has eyebuds/earphones in
- has headband on (no brand)
- running shorts on
- running shoes on
It has 5 Frames
Frame 1: The character is shown running slow. He is huffing, puffing, sweating, and has a frown on his face. He is turning a bit red. He says something like 'ummph'
Frame 2: His running increases to a medium pace. He stops huffing puffing and sweating. The frown turns to a slight smile. He is no longer red. He says something like 'ok'
Frame 3: His running increases to a faster pace. His smile gets even bigger and wider. He becomes happier. He lets out a happy 'yippie' or 'yahoo!'
Frame 4: His running increases to the fastest pace. He turns back to Frame 2 (red face, huffing puffing, sweating). And says something like 'ut oh'
Frame 5: His running slows down to the same rate as Frame 3. His body looks the same as Frame 3 except he has an even bigger smile.
Note: The final video will be split into two sides. The left side will have your video. It will take up about 70-80% of the space. The right side will be blank. I will add in something there later on. Please leave the right side blank and allow me to add something on top of it later. Thanks
