Design an App Mockup

We required a mock up design for a new app which allows parents to control child devices (ios/android)
The parent will also set rewards etc
I need to see some of your sample UI designs and est price for
upto 3 screens on child device
upto 10 screens on parent device
The parent app will need to have space to show ads (ie see myfitnesspal for example of ads at bottom of the screen
We have a logo for this project so the colour scheme will need to match (green, blue and white)
Budget is around $100 to 150AUD
The images will need to be added to a mock project (like ninjamock) and we will need psd files, png and jpg files for all screens
If you can do websites as well we will be looking for one and have some examples of how this will need to look but this will be a separate project (winner of this project will have first option on the website)
