Design a book cover based on existing art

I need an artist to modify an old World War Two Nazi propaganda poster, which is attached, for a fictional book cover. The book is similar to The Man in the High Castle.
Items that need to be modified:
1. Flag at top needs to be converted to an American Flag with a swastika as per the attached image for reference. Colors should NOT be the same as in the picture but rather muted to match the poster image. Think darker colors - burgundy instead of red, cream instead of white, etc.
2. Existing text at bottom of poster needs to be deleted.
3. Title to book needs to be added at bottom - The New American Reich
4. Underneath in smaller letters is the authors name - Todd R. Pajonas
5. The text should be in a similar poster style but with a darker color, perhaps black, which matches the poster.
6. Need to image rendered as just a stock image as well as it were a book cover on an existing book.
7. Overall the modifications should look like they were part of the existing poster and not look like additions.
I would need the project completed within three days of acceptance.
