My company needs a lead generation website built. The site will only be used to generate leads and will require a form. The site must be written in PHP and will use javascript at points. The form must include full validation for character length, email, phone, missing fields and show error on the page. All pages must also be mobile optimised. Finally, the form will need to be integrated with our tracking system. To win this project, you should be able to show previous work you have completed on forms. This is not Wordpress or using any other kind of template, the page must be designed and built from scratch.

Heya! Could we just cut out the PHP as a whole and use nodejs instead? PHP is quite outdated and takes way longer to configurate, leaving me with less time and you with less money..

Hi there, I'll be able to meet your requirements. I'm not going to use wordpress, but I would like to use Laravel framework for the page. It will help with form validation, and on the other hand it will help with integration with your tracking system. Do you have graphic design or you need it from the winner?
