UX/UI design for website

Hi, I am looking for a talented and intelligent UX UI designer to help me with a website that I am working on. This website is my own undertaking and has been under development for the past couple of years. I am now facing a problem with my graphic designer in that it does not have the sophistication that a 2017 website should have. Just to be clear, I am looking for someone trained in UX UI who can understand the concept of the website and intelligently figure out the best way to present the information and graphics in a way that flows correctly an looks graphically good for the kind of website it is. In other words, I am NOT looking for a graphic designer but someone who is specifically trained in UX UI design. It is my understandign that UX UI designers are already trained in graphic design but concentrate on the flow and how the website works more than the actual graphic design, which we already have a basic idea of. I want htis website to look highly sophisticated an layered. For your information, I would like to mention that I am a perfectionist looking for someone who has the same attitude towards their work and isnt working to get it done, but to make it work.
