Design a Logo like a stamp

Hi, Good morning. If i understand correctly, you prefer to have a logo created which will have a border of a stamp and three circles inside with text inside those circles along the border. The text must come in two different font types. Colors being black and white. If i am right you may let me know to work on it and i can start the work now. Thank you.
