Design navigation button for e-shop

For our webshop I need a design / template of a button which leads to a sub category or specific filter on our category page.
Example:

Currently we have "quick links" above the product listing. (see: [login to view URL])
We want to replace them with large buttons (4 per row, 2 rows, 8 total). The button should have an image for quick recognition and text label. For example:
A button with:
(Palm picture) - "Palm"
(Bonsai picture) - "Bonsai"
(Square pot) - "Square"
Task is to design one generic button (including the "hover state)
After design is approved, there will be about 40 files to generate (8 per category)
