I need someone who can develop an application/software/simple program about an e-waiver form ASAP. Please see my requirements below: - One pager only, like signing up on Facebook - All details should have the ability to be captured and can be generated at any given time - Should have a field for Signatures - Have an option to select language, either English or Arabic (We already have the material so need for translation) Purpose for this is for us to record all the information from our customers who walks in at our doors for bookings. I will need to verbally discuss this and other details further to the freelancer so I need someone with good communication skills in English (can write and speak Arabic is a plus) and is fast enough to finish the project in 1 week.
