Exceptional Front End Web Design needed

Exceptional Web Designer needed to make a quantum leap in appearance and user experience for our updated new website [login to view URL] We plan to build the site on the WordPress platform but much of it will be custom to suit our unique needs. We have a coding team we've worked with for years and they are ready once we can provide them the page designs. We have mock-ups of the new site pages that need your skill and refinement for both the full site and the mobile version of our new website. We know the industry well and can come close in the layouts but we're looking for a highly skilled graphic designer / web designer / responsive designer that sees what we're working to accomplish and can see where our in house skills end and theirs are needed to apply cutting edge design and elements to refine the site to look its best and give a great user experience.
