Greetings,
We have a website built for filling out a specific government form. I would like to make it more user experience friendly. I have the diagram on how I would like it too look. The website has been programmed in php, but I think we are going to need to use javascript \ jquery to clean it up.
To sum it up we are taking the existing build and splitting up questions also adding a progress bar at the bottom to show status.
