Fresh Marketing Material Required

We are looking for a designer to design our marketing material for our new property business. Our business is a property sales and marketing company, we specialise in off plan property. We offer a service to our clients whereby they provide us with their property criteria and we search the market to find the best suited properties for their needs. The end result in us selling them a single or multiple properties. As we operate face to face, we will be using hard material such as flyers, brochures etc. To start, we need a sales process flyer which highlights the journey and the key steps a client would take, to allow our sales professionals easily explain the process. After this we would require a marketing brochure, and further material as we go along. Our marketing material needs to look professional, modern and unique. It does need to stand out amongst the crowd, not look cheap and capture our buyers attention. We are looking for a high quality service at a reasonable cost. We understand we get for what we pay At this stage we would be interested to see some freelancers work first which will help with our decision, if possible? We want to avoid going to a large marketing company and would prefer to keep the relationship with a single freelancer who can provide us with the service and quality we are looking for.
